• Preop: 2d nitrofurantoin 50 mg. If have taken this and UCx negative, don't need additional IV abx
• Postop: Foley out locally (1d if uncomplicated, 2d+ if see fat)
• Continue remaining 2d nitrofurantoin starting evening before Foley removal (if no Foley, don't need abx)
• ASA when urine clear
