Uploading OSH images to LILA

• On a computer with a CD drive (non-FollowMe), load CD
• lila.carenet.org
• Log in with credentials (Medpriv, etc.)
• Click "upload exams"; "Find exam on CD/DVD"/"Browse"; click on CD/D: drive
• Enter patient MRN# (99...)
• Upload exams of interest and wait for completion
• Share exams
• Click on study of interest and click "Share" in top toolbar
• Click "Groups" and share with relevant department, including "Rad Adult"
• Click "allow user to download...", "I understand my HIPPA..."
• Select "all from this CD" to share all uploaded exams, or "only this exam"
• Share
• Nominate to be read
• Click "PACS" in top toolbar
• Gatekeeper group: "BJC/OC/SouthCounty - Radiology"
• Consult = radiologists here will generate a read and images are uploaded to Clindesk; Reference = images are only uploaded to Clindesk without a read
• Include Diagnosis/Reason for nomination, e.g. "for comparison"
• Enter resident's contact information
• Nominate exam
